This agreement governs your participation as a creator on Circle. By creating a creator account, you agree to these terms.
Revenue split
Circle retains 20% of all subscription revenue generated by your channel as a platform fee. You receive the remaining 80%. This fee covers video hosting, payment processing, content review, and platform infrastructure.
Payout schedule
Payouts are calculated on the 1st of every month for the prior month’s earnings. The minimum payout threshold is $25. Earnings below $25 roll over to the following month until the threshold is met.
Pricing
You set your own monthly subscription price between $2.99 and $14.99. Circle may adjust the permitted price range with 30 days’ notice.
Content standards
- All content must be appropriate for children ages 2–10
- No violence, adult content, or fear-based themes
- No advertising, product placement, or commercial messaging
- Creator is responsible for COPPA compliance for their content
- Every video is subject to human review before publication
Circle{'\u2019'}s rights
Circle reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards, with notice to the creator. Circle may suspend or terminate a creator account for repeated violations or conduct that harms the platform or its users.
Creator{'\u2019'}s rights
You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload to Circle. By uploading, you grant Circle a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, and display your content on the platform for the purpose of delivering it to subscribers.
You may leave the platform at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Existing subscriber access continues through the end of their billing period.
Term and termination
This agreement is ongoing until either party terminates with 30 days’ written notice to the other party. Pending earnings will be paid out for the period prior to termination, subject to the minimum payout threshold.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
